Return Policy?

Reload Apparel will gladly accept returns if they're is a fault with the product. We only accept these returns IF The product is to small or to big.

How to shop online?

Once you've done browsing, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the item you have added to your shopping bag by clicking the "Cart" Button on the rop right of any page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantites in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made.

How do i checkout?

Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart. You will be redirected to PayPal where you can sign in and pay securely and safely.

Which Payment Methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to get all items dispatched within 2 days of payment, however please allow up to 5 days for your item to be dispatched. (In extreme cases orders can take up to 10 days to be dispatched.) We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification for credit verification. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR BANK HOLIDAYS
